Regardless of what your responsibilities may be, there is always a solution to win a few hours to self-improve.
If you have no idea how to start working on your business, then you can always read or listen to books of successful people that will elaborate on how they approached the beginning of their business. Or you can enroll in online courses that can be completed during these 7 hours.
Even the smallest improvement is better than none and even if you feel you haven’t done much during your free time, don’t panic. No business or dream has been reached in a short period of time!
Balance is key!
In life, we will have periods of low motivation and no desire to put extra hours of work in our goals. It’s perfectly normal, and we must understand that overworking can lower our ability to concentrate, and we need breaks to relax too.
Indulging with moderation in video games and movies will not sentence our goals to fail. Watching a good movie or playing an engaging video game, can be sources of inspiration for as long as we are aware of how much time we invest in them.

Meditation is also an excellent way to relax and reflect on the challenges that we encounter on our journey and can be a powerful tool for finding solutions to overcome them. Balance and moderation go hand in hand and are vital components of any successful story or business. Finding a balance between relaxation and work will be more efficient than overworking 7 hours a day, every day.
But what if I fail?
Failure, the dreading fear that can influence us almost to the point of giving up. It makes us believe that even the smallest mistake will be our downfall. Never believe that you are unworthy of your dream if you haven’t finished a project at the exact date that you predicted or if someone else succeeded already.
Instead, use those mistakes to learn from them, to grow, learn what to avoid and how to treat certain situations in the future. Don’t let small errors to crush your self-esteem and self-worth because our mistakes don’t define us.
